The good news Casa already has 5,972 organic visits and 383 keywords — second only to the platform Qanvast among the names in this brief. 19 years of brand + a wall of awards has done the hard part: trust. What's left is mechanical work — fix the http redirect, ship a Mandarin version, install the calculator, write the blog. The position competitors paid for, your brand earned for free.

Who's searching. A 50-year-old auntie in Ang Mo Kio, Tampines or Bedok who has just collected the keys to a resale HDB. After dinner she opens her phone and types "装修公司新加坡" hoping for "a fair-priced firm that won't overcharge me." She speaks Mandarin and skips English ads.

The catch. You need a real Mandarin writer, not Google Translate. The voice has to be one a heartland Chinese family will trust on first read: "做了 19 年组屋装修,做过 BTO 也做过转售。Jason 和 Ben 都讲华语。" That's the tone — not a translated brochure.

    The 5-year warranty fight. Swiss Interior offers 1 year. 9 Creation offers 2. Renozone offers 3. Casa offers 5 — the longest in the category. Today this fact is buried in small footer text. Above the fold, it's the single biggest reason a comparison-shopping HDB buyer picks Casa.

    SEO win. Putting "HDB Renovation Contractor" in H1, paired with schema markup, should lift the keyword "hdb renovation contractor" (590/mo, $2.79 CPC) from rank ~12 to top 5 within 3 months.

    What schema does. Schema is structured "self-introduction" code that's invisible to humans but read by Google and AI. It tells ChatGPT "this is a Tampines-based HDB renovation firm, 19 years old, 5-year warranty, phone 6291 4846, hours 9–6." Without it, the AI guesses — and right now ChatGPT does not surface Casa for "best HDB renovation in Singapore."

    The 2026 search shift. A growing share of HDB buyers ask ChatGPT or Perplexity directly: "I just got a 4-room BTO, my budget is $40K, recommend three renovators." The answers come from sites with schema. Swiss has it. Casa does not.
