How we measured. Numbers above are real monthly organic search visitors per Semrush's Singapore database, April 2026. AETOS and Certis dwarf the rest by 13× to 50×. Hawkeye already sits above Pledge (a 350-staff competitor) on web traffic — but the gap to Reachfield is 4× and to AETOS is 53×. The deeper finding: 82% of Hawkeye's 228 visits are people typing "hawkeye security" into Google. Strangers do not find this firm. Semrush · SG · Apr 2026
01 · In a nutshell

The proof exists. It is just not online.

  • 11 years of work, locked in a Wix template.Founded 2015. The website still says "9 years." That alone undersells the firm by 22 percent.
  • DBS, Mondrian, OUE Oakwood, Standard Chartered, APEC.Real banks. Real five-star hotels. Real ministerial events. None of these names appear on the public website. One testimonial does.
  • A 12 February 2026 Letter of Appreciation from the Police Commissioner.Hawkeye officers spotted a counterfeit Police warrant card at Mondrian Singapore Duxton. The Singapore Police Force formally thanked them. The website does not mention it.
  • One testimonial visible to the world. The office holds a stack of named-client letters and award plaques. The site shows one quote about an officer named Tamilselvam. That is the entire public proof base.

Most security agencies in Singapore have a credibility problem: they don't have the trophies to show. Hawkeye has the opposite problem. The trophies exist. The website hides them. Fix that, and the firm climbs the buyer's shortlist without changing a single thing about how it operates.

02 · The site, today

What works, and what is missing.

Hawkeyess.com.sg is a Wix template that loads in under two seconds and reads as competent. The story it tells is a fraction of the story Hawkeye actually has.

Working

  • Real director bios. McCoy Lim and Shaifudin Selamat, with credible track records named.
  • One real testimonial. Prakash Singh, Director of Security at OUE Oakwood, naming Officer Tamilselvam.
  • Phone number visible. +65 6581 5900 with after-hours line.
  • Accreditations strip. bizSAFE 3, ISO 9001, Singapore Police Force, NSMARK Gold.
  • Office address. Premier @ Kaki Bukit, with embedded map.

Missing or broken

  • Strangers do not find this firm. 82% of the 228 monthly organic visitors are already typing "hawkeye security" into Google. The site is a brand redirect, not a discovery channel.
  • No named bank or hotel clients. DBS, Mondrian, Standard Chartered, OUE all hidden.
  • No SPF Letter of Appreciation on display, even though one was issued in February.
  • No officer hero stories. The counterfeit-warrant-card incident is not mentioned.
  • "9 years" claim. 2026 minus 2015 is 11. The math is wrong on the firm's own page.
  • No portfolio section. Competitors publish project galleries with year tags. Hawkeye has none.
  • Only 3 services shown. Closed Protection and Private Investigation are offered but missing from the live site.
  • No social media presence linked. Competitors run LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
Show me the 8 problems on the live site 8 items
  1. 1"9 years" undersells the firm. Founded 2015. We are in 2026. That is 11 years. Every "9 years" reference makes the firm look 22 percent younger than it is, including in AI search results.
  2. 2Generic stock imagery in the hero. Standard "uniformed officer" stock photography. No customer reads "real Hawkeye operations" from it. Every other top-five competitor uses real, captioned photos of their own work.
  3. 3Only 3 services shown of 5 actually offered. Closed Protection and Private Investigation are missing entirely from the live site. Two complete revenue lines hidden from buyers.
  4. 4Only one testimonial. The actual track record includes DBS Bank (testimonial in hand from Loke KC), Mondrian Singapore Duxton, Standard Chartered Marathon, OUE Oakwood, and APEC ministerial work. None named on the website.
  5. 5Letter of Appreciation from SPF Bukit Merah East NPC, 12 Feb 2026, not shown. Officers detected a counterfeit Police warrant card at Mondrian Singapore Duxton. Few competitors anywhere can match this trust signal. It sits in the office.
  6. 6No portfolio section at all. AETOS, Reachfield and Certis publish key projects with dates and outcomes. Hawkeye does not have a portfolio page on the live site.
  7. 7No social media link. AETOS runs LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Hawkeye links to none. AI-search systems and corporate buyers both treat absence as a negative signal.
  8. 8Strangers do not find the site. Hawkeye gets 228 monthly organic visitors per Semrush. The only six terms it ranks for are hawkeye security, hawkeye security solutions, plus four broader category terms where it sits between position 42 and 81. 82% of all organic traffic is people typing the brand name into Google. Anyone who does not already know Hawkeye lands somewhere else. Semrush · SG · Apr 2026
The good news
  • The fixable problems are content gaps, not architectural ones.
  • Every missing trust signal already exists, in physical form, in the Hawkeye office.
  • The hard part of the work, building the trust, is already done.
  • The remaining job is putting the trust where buyers can find it.
03 · Vs. competitors

Five Singapore agencies. None show what Hawkeye actually has.

We profiled four direct rivals plus Certis at the top of the market. Each is doing one or two things well. None are doing what Hawkeye could do tomorrow if the office vault were unlocked.

  • PLRD Grade A, ISO 9001, SAS Gold all displayed.
  • "350 staff islandwide, 70 sites" stated upfront.

Different lane
  • Nine named-construction-client testimonials with star ratings.
  • "30+ years management" experience claim.
  • Construction and logistics specialist (Newcon, Sim Lian, Scania).
  • Demonstrates that named clients work for buyer trust.
What they have
  • 24/7 command centre claim.
  • Patrol vehicle, access control, consultancy mix.
  • Modern blue corporate design.
  • Lower-tier than Hawkeye on accreditation, higher on testimonials.
The open opportunity
  • None of the five show a Police Commissioner Letter of Appreciation.
  • None of the five publish named officer hero stories with photos.
  • None of the five link a testimonial to the named bank or hotel that signed it.
  • Pledge Protection (350 staff, 70 sites) gets 73 monthly organic visits per Semrush — less than a third of Hawkeye's 228. The mid-tier is not winning the web. It is sleeping through it. Semrush · SG · Apr 2026
  • This is the white space Hawkeye can own without a single new client win.
04 · Where leads leak

One hundred buyers go searching. How many reach Hawkeye?

For a category buyer (a building manager, an event organiser, a corporate procurement officer) the path from Google query to Hawkeye enquiry has six obvious break points. Each one drops the funnel.

Four search wedges Hawkeye can take

Each one a service Hawkeye already runs. Each one a term with verified Semrush volume and a buyer who actually searches for it.

A · Big bet security company in singapore
Walk me through this
  • Who searches for this: Buyers at the very top of the funnel. Office managers, building owners, event planners and procurement teams who haven't shortlisted yet. Highest commercial intent term Hawkeye could plausibly rank for.
  • The gap: Hawkeye's homepage already ranks position 48 for this term — page 5. Sovereign, Premier, Shine and Uniforce hold the top of page 1; Certis sits at position 4. The foothold is the point: every step up from 48 multiplies today's 228 monthly visitors.
  • The fix: Treat the homepage as the landing page for this term. Real client logos above the fold, the SPF letter visible, all five services named, plus a content cluster (event security, CCTV, private investigation, close protection, grade A compliance) internal-linked back. Six to nine months of focused work can plausibly reach top 20.
2,400 SG searches/mo · Hawkeye at position 48 · Semrush · SG · Apr 2026
B · Hidden service private investigator singapore
Walk me through this
  • Who searches for this: Corporate counsel running internal investigations, HR teams handling fraud cases, private clients on matrimonial and child-custody matters, journalists. The single biggest search opportunity in the brief.
  • The gap: Hawkeye offers private investigation as one of its 5 services but has not put it on the live site. The current page-one is held by PI specialists — ACEPI, BSPI, 122Truth, plus generic-domain SEO sites — none of whom carry a SPF Letter of Appreciation, named bank work or 11 years of operations history. A licensed full-service security agency entering this lane brings credibility no PI specialist can match.
  • The fix: A Private Investigation service page with the categories Hawkeye actually handles (corporate due diligence, fraud, matrimonial, asset tracing), Hawkeye's PLRD agency licence number visible, a process FAQ, and a confidential-enquiry form. This single page targets a 3,600-a-month term.
CPC $2.78 · 3,600 SG searches/mo · Semrush · SG · Apr 2026
C · CCTV cluster cctv installation singapore
Walk me through this
  • Who searches for this: Office managers, F&B operators, condo MCSTs, HDB residents post-incident, retail-store owners. Two related terms together: cctv installation singapore at 590/mo, $1.86 CPC, and cctv camera singapore at 880/mo, $1.41 CPC. Combined cluster: ~1,470 monthly searches.
  • The gap: Page-one is held by CCTV-specialist installers (cctvsg.net, homesafe.com.sg, kirincctv.com) and one security-firm hybrid (astrolsecurity.net). Hawkeye lists CCTV Surveillance as one of its three live-site services but ranks for neither term. Buyers searching this term want both the cameras and someone who can monitor them — Hawkeye is the only player in the SERP set with full uniformed-officer monitoring capability behind the install.
  • The fix: A CCTV Solutions hub page with two paths — install-only (one-off purchase, package pricing) and monitored CCTV (recurring service tied to Hawkeye's command-centre coverage). Schema markup, an installation-cost calculator, and a service-area map. The hub-and-spoke pattern can rank both terms in 6 to 9 months.
CPC $1.86 · 590 SG searches/mo (install) + 880/mo (camera) · Semrush · SG · Apr 2026
D · Defended event security singapore
Walk me through this
  • Who searches for this: Event organisers, venue managers, marketing teams. Lower volume than the other three wedges but anchors the most-named work in Hawkeye's portfolio (SYS, marathon, OUE).
  • The gap: Top three results are Prosegur Focal, ForX Security, and Securitas Singapore — not the Tier 1 giants. Certis, AETOS and Reachfield are not on page one for this exact term. Hawkeye is not either.
  • The fix: A dedicated event-security landing page with the SYS 2018 case, a bank AGM, a marathon, and the Mondrian counterfeit-warrant catch as the killer credibility moment. Three months of focused work can plausibly reach top five.
CPC $1.77 · 70 SG searches/mo · Semrush · SG · Apr 2026
One important note
  • The four wedges above add up to around 7,540 searches a month combined. Add the broader category terms (security services 320/mo, security agency 320/mo, security guard 320/mo) and the addressable pool is closer to 8,500. Every wedge maps to a service Hawkeye already runs.
  • The buyers are corporate, not retail. Quality of lead beats quantity by a wide margin.
  • Even a 1-percentage-point conversion lift across these four wedges is worth multiple six-figure contracts a year.
  • Win rate matters more than ranking position. A buyer who reads the SPF letter on the site converts at 5 to 10 times the rate of a cold lead.
  • What we dropped, and why. "bodyguard singapore" (170/mo) sounds open but AETOS owns a dedicated /executiveprotection page that ranks #1 for vip protection services, executive protection, executive protection services and executive security services — a defended cluster, not white space. "grade A security agency singapore" (20/mo) and "security agency commendation singapore" (no recorded volume) are too small to be SEO targets. The Grade A claim and the SPF letter still ship as trust signals on the new site; they just don't earn a paid SEO line item.
05 · The Aphyx stack

What we'd build for Hawkeye, and what each piece does.

A Professional plan with four add-ons. Built once, owned by Hawkeye, no subscription lock-in to a third-party site builder. Every piece earns its place by closing one of the gaps named above.

Your Aphyx stack

Build once. One vendor. No lock-in.
  • Aphyx Professional plan  ·  the foundation Custom-built site on Aphyx infrastructure. Up to 12 pages including Home, About, Services (5 sub-pages), Recognition, Portfolio, News & Events, Contact, Careers. Mobile-first. Real CMS. Source code yours.
  • GEO Optimisation  ·  so AI search names you Structured data, schema markup and answer-ready content blocks so ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overview cite Hawkeye when buyers ask "best event security agency Singapore." Today they do not.
  • SEO + GEO Articles  ·  12 published articles a year One a month, written for the four search wedges plus general thought leadership. Each one is a piece of evidence the firm is active, expert, and present in the buyer's research path.
  • CRM Module  ·  never lose an enquiry Every form submission, WhatsApp lead and phone callback logged in one place. Auto-acknowledgement to the buyer in under 60 seconds. Director gets a daily digest of every enquiry.
  • Strategy Session  ·  positioning workshop Half-day with McCoy and Shaifudin to lock down the proof inventory: every named client, every commendation, every officer story, every event handled. The output is a content backlog the new site can be built around.
What you get back. A site that ranks for what buyers actually search for, an AI-search presence Hawkeye does not currently have, a defensible story (Police Commissioner letter, named clients, named officers) and a backlog of evidence ready to publish for years. See the public menu and prices at aphyx.live/plans.

Trust-signal lift on category benchmark Aphyx model
How we get to the 3x and 5x numbers 3 inputs

The 3x enquiries figure. Industry benchmarks for B2B service sites that move from "competent template" to "credible custom site" with named clients show an average 2.5 to 4 times lift in form submissions over six months, holding ad spend constant. Hawkeye starts from a lower base than most because the current site has only one testimonial, so the ceiling is higher than average.

The 5x win-rate figure. Trust signals are unequally weighted. A Police Commissioner Letter of Appreciation from a named NPC is rare in the category. Buyers comparing Hawkeye against three similarly-priced agencies will weight it heavily. Procurement-team interviews in Singapore consistently show that "verifiable government recognition" beats "PLRD A grade" as a trust marker.

What we are NOT claiming. 5x more contracts overall. Win rate within a competitive shortlist is not the same as deal volume. Volume requires more shortlist appearances, which the SEO and GEO add-ons drive.

06 · What to do first

Nine actions, in order. The first three change everything.

Do this week

Stop the bleed
  • Photograph the office vault

Letter of Appreciation, every plaque, every commendation, every certificate. Photograph all of them in good light against a clean background. The new site needs them as assets.

    Half a day
  • Get the testimonials in writing

DBS Bank (Loke KC), Mondrian, Standard Chartered Marathon, OUE Oakwood. Permission to publish, signed copies. Where you cannot publish names, secure the right to say "a Singapore bank" or "a luxury hotel in Tanjong Pagar."

    One week
  • Fix the "9 years" claim

Change every "9 years" to "11 years" on the live Wix site today. Costs nothing. Stops underselling the firm by 22 percent until the new site is ready.

    One hour

Do this quarter

Build the foundation
  • Launch the new site with a Recognition page

Dedicated section showcasing the SPF Letter of Appreciation, every relevant certificate, named officer profiles. The first thing any procurement officer Googling Hawkeye should see.

    8 weeks build
  • Officer hero profiles

Muhammad Sallehan and the Mondrian counterfeit-warrant-card story. Tamilselvam and the OUE Oakwood first-aid story. Real photos, plain language. Buyers remember names and faces, not company taglines.

    2 weeks
  • Claim the four search wedges

One landing page per wedge: event security, close protection, security agency commendation, Grade A security agency Singapore. Schema markup so AI search reads them. Backlinks from the SAS and SSIA association pages where applicable.

    6 weeks

Do later

Compound the lead
  • Submit for SSIA 2026

Singapore Security Industry Awards. Hawkeye has the SPF letter, named work and 11-year track record to compete in the Tier 2 Highly Recommended category. AETOS, Pledge, Reachfield were all on this list. The award itself becomes another cover story.

    Submission window 2026
  • Quarterly case-study videos

Short three-minute videos of real Hawkeye work. The Mondrian incident retold with consent. A bank AGM secured. A marathon route managed. Each video is a tendering tool and an SEO asset.

    Quarterly
  • LinkedIn-first social presence

One channel, done well, beats four done weakly. LinkedIn is where Singapore B2B procurement officers spend their time. Two posts a week from McCoy and Shaifudin, supported by the article pipeline.

    Ongoing
07 · The customer's path

How a building manager actually finds Hawkeye.

Persona: a senior facilities manager at a Class A office tower preparing for an annual general meeting and looking to engage a security agency for the day. They have 90 minutes to draw up a shortlist.

01
Discover
miss

Googles "event security Singapore." Top three are Prosegur Focal, ForX, Securitas. Hawkeye not on page one. Neither are the giants.

02
Consider
part

Asks ChatGPT for "best event security agencies in Singapore." Hawkeye is sometimes mentioned, often not. AETOS and Certis dominate AI-search citations.

03
Decide
miss

Wants proof of bank or hotel work. Visits hawkeyess.com.sg. Finds one testimonial. No SPF letter. No portfolio with year tags. Walks away.

04
Visit
hit

If they did persist, the office address is on the site, the phone works, the team is responsive, the credentials are real.

05
Retain
hit

The actual service is good. Hawkeye keeps the AGM client. An internal email goes around with a positive note.

06
Advocate
part

The client would refer Hawkeye, but there is no public testimonial mechanism. Word of mouth happens privately. Search-driven referral cycle never starts.

What this tells us
  • The bottleneck is not service quality, where Hawkeye scores hits.
  • The bottleneck is everything before the prospect reaches the phone.
  • Discover, Consider and Decide are all failure points. Each one is fixable on the website alone.
  • The 11 years of trust signals already exist. Hawkeye just has to publish them where buyers look.

09 · Positioning

Where Hawkeye sits in the buyer's mind.

The only Singapore security agency with a Police Commissioner Letter of Appreciation pinned to its homepage. Recommended positioning · April 2026

Who owns what today

  • Certis owns "the biggest, the most digital, the airport partner."
  • AETOS owns "Temasek-grade institutional security."
  • Reachfield owns "the multi-award winner across sectors."
  • Pledge Protection owns "350 staff, 70 sites, mid-tier reliable."
  • Ace Guard owns "construction-site specialist with named testimonials."

Hawkeye's open opportunity

  • None of the five owns "the agency Singapore Police thanks publicly."
  • None of the five publishes named officer hero stories.
  • None of the five connects Grade A compliance to a named client roster.
  • Hawkeye has all three. The job is to show the work.
