Most of our first-time buyers have never renovated. Here's what actually happens between key collection and your first coffee in the new kitchen. Typical, not promised.
We walk the bare unit with you on key-collection day. You point at the window you want to keep, the wall you want gone. Photos taken, measurements confirmed, anxieties noted.
We share mood boards, floor plans, and a material palette. Revisions happen over WhatsApp. No endless showroom visits unless you want them.
We notify the neighbours the day before. Noise is loudest this week. By Friday the unit is a shell again, ready for the new layout.
The bones go in. Toilet floors, kitchen drainage, all electrical points (you'll pick final switch locations on WhatsApp). Messy but mandatory.
Built-ins arrive from the workshop, get installed and adjusted. This is where "the home" starts to look like itself. You'll want to visit around week 7.
Vinyl or tile goes down. Final coat of paint. Every trim and edge detail cleaned up. Feels suddenly almost ready.
Lights installed. Aircon commissioned. If you chose Signature or Bespoke, we style the space with curated pieces and hand you the furniture sourcing list.
We walk through every room with you. Hand over keys and a defect-list checklist. Answer any follow-up on WhatsApp within 2 hours for the next 30 days.
Every quote is named, with the client's unit type. No anonymous "happy customer" quotes. If you want to ring any of them, ask us and we'll connect you.
