How we scored. 12 simple checks for things buyers expect: phone number visible at the top, WhatsApp button, instalment calculator, bikes shown on your own site (not just Carousell), pages for each shop, named staff, available in Chinese, SingPass form, blog, search-engine-friendly code, full Google Maps profile, and 150+ reviews. Pioneer wins only the last one. Aphyx model

02 · How rivals beat you
Five dealers. Five different things they do better than you.
Heng Motor
Best site
2 shops · WhatsApp button on every page · calculator and insurance quote in the menu
Why they win. Their website does more selling for them. We should copy how their site is laid out.
A.S. Phoon
Calculator king
Calls themselves "Singapore's Leading Motorcycle Dealer" · always on Google's first page for calculator searches
Why they win. They got there first with an instalment calculator. That's the search you should own — your name is "Auto Credit".
Speedzone
Best blog
4.7★ on Google (238 reviews) · helpful guide articles · WhatsApp button first
Why they win. When people Google "how does motorbike financing work", Speedzone's articles come up. ChatGPT quotes them too. You should be writing those articles.
Mah Motor
Heritage
Since 1973 · the only seller of Kawasaki, Indian, Zero and NIU bikes in Singapore
Why they win. They sell special bikes nobody else can. A different market — not your lane.
Power Motor
Next door
In the same building as you (#01-38, 30 metres away) · closed Sundays
Why they don't win. They have no website at all. The whole online opportunity right next door is yours to take.
The good news
You're the highest-rated dealer in Singapore but you have the weakest website. The trust is already there — your 572 reviews prove it. The website just needs to show it off. This isn't about getting more reviews. It's about putting the ones you already have where buyers can see them.
03 · Where you lose customers
Out of every 100 visitors, only 6 actually contact you.
This is our estimate Aphyx model for one normal week of visitors. Other dealers with a calculator, WhatsApp button and proper bike listings get 18–24 contacts per 100 — three to four times better than you.

Four Google Ad searches nobody is bidding on yet
Open spot 1
Loans for PHV / Foodpanda / Grab riders
~$0.80–$1.50 per click est.
Open spot 2
Motorbike refinancing from a dealer (not a moneylender)
~$1.20–$2.50 per click est.
Open spot 3
Where to install your OBU device
~$0.60–$1.20 per click est.
Open spot 4
电单车 分期 (motorbike instalment in Chinese)
~$0.40–$0.90 per click est.
No other dealer is paying for any of these searches today. Spend $1,500/month split across them and you get about 12 sales a month — for every $1 spent on ads you get about $14 back at Pioneer's average bike price ($9,500).
Tell me more — Loans for PHV / Foodpanda / Grab riders
Who's searching for this. A 26-year-old Grab driver in Jurong. He tried HSBC for a bike loan and got rejected because his income is from Grab payouts, not a regular payslip. At 11pm he's typing "motorbike loan foodpanda rider" hoping someone will actually lend to him.
Why no other dealer bids on this. Other dealers see "gig worker" and walk away. You already lend to them — Wei Ting decides who qualifies based on bank statements, not a credit score.
You spend $400 a month
Cost per click ~$1.00
Clicks ~400
Become enquiries ~5% → 20 enquiries
Become sales ~30% → 6 bikes sold
Profit per bike ~$1,800
Total profit ~$10,800 a month
That's $27 back for every $1 spent on ads.
What the landing page must show. "Foodpanda, Grab and Deliveroo riders welcome", the calculator at the top, a WhatsApp button, no scary bank-style eligibility form. Without that, you're paying for clicks that go nowhere.
Tell me more — Motorbike refinancing
Who's searching for this. Someone who bought a bike a year or two ago on a $9K loan ($280/month). Interest rates have dropped. They want a lower monthly. So they Google "motorbike refinancing Singapore".
Why no other dealer bids on this. Right now only licensed moneylenders advertise here (1Fullerton, A1 Credit, Speed Credit). They charge 1–4% per month and don't refinance the bike — they just give a personal loan to cover it. You can offer real refinancing through your bank partner. Cheaper for the customer. Locks them in with you.
The bonus. A refinance customer is also your customer for the next bike, the next insurance renewal, and the next OBU service. You catch them at the right moment.
You spend $400 a month
Cost per click ~$1.60
Clicks ~250
Enquiries ~12
Refinances closed ~3
Profit per refi ~$400
Total profit ~$1,200 a month
Plus you keep them for the next bike too.
Tell me more — OBU installation
Who's searching for this. Every motorbike owner in Singapore who hasn't installed their new OBU device. The government deadline is January 2027. About 7% of bikes still need it — that's tens of thousands of riders Googling "where to install my OBU".
Why no other workshop advertises. Most authorised workshops assume LTA will send them the traffic. They're not advertising. You're already an LTA-authorised workshop. The OBU install itself is free for the rider — but while they're at your shop, you can also sell parts, servicing, accessories, and renew their insurance.
This won't last. The deadline is hard. After January 2027, every bike is installed and the search disappears. This is the one search you must run hardest right now — the window closes in December.
You spend $300 a month
Cost per click ~$0.75
Clicks ~400
Enquiries ~16
Bookings ~8 a month
Half buy extras parts, oil, accessories
Profit ~$640 a month
Plus 4 brand-new customers in your database every month.
Tell me more — 电单车 分期 (Chinese search)
Who's searching for this. Older Chinese-speaking riders, and the family members helping them decide. A 55-year-old auntie in Bedok helping her son compare instalment plans on her phone. Or a Chinese-speaking older rider who Googles in 中文 even though he reads English signs.
Why no other dealer advertises. No Singapore motorbike dealer runs Chinese-language ads. Not Heng, not A.S. Phoon, not Speedzone, not Mah — all English-only. Whoever shows up first owns this for at least a year.
It gets cheaper over time. Cost per click is the lowest of the four ($0.40–$0.90) because there's no competition. The more your ads get clicks and turn into sales, the cheaper Google makes the clicks. By the time Heng or A.S. Phoon catch on, you'll be paying half what they have to.
You spend $400 a month
Cost per click ~$0.55 (cheapest)
Clicks ~700
Enquiries ~30 (Chinese page converts better)
Sales ~9 bikes
Profit ~$16,200 a month
Plus a year-long head start on the Chinese market.
The catch. You need a Chinese version of the website (the /zh page in our 90-day plan). Without it, the Chinese ads land on an English page and they leave.

+ AI AutopilotA WhatsApp helper that answers customers around the clock. Asks them which bike they want, their budget, their job. Sends the keen ones straight to Wei Ting.
+ CRM ModuleKeeps track of every customer. Sends them a reminder to service their bike at month 6, a refinance offer at month 12, an insurance renewal nudge at month 24, and a "time for a new bike?" message at month 30.
+ Custom AI FeatureSingPass sign-in for the HP form + AI that helps with accident claims + automatic syncing of your bikes to your site, Carousell, SGBikeMart and Facebook. Three ways to handle SingPass — pick one with your bank partner. See below.
Three SingPass options — pick one with your bank partner
The honest truth. The full SingPass system that auto-fills a customer's NRIC, address, job and income is only allowed for banks, insurers, telcos and a few other regulated industries. Pioneer is a motorbike shop, so we can't get it ourselves. Your bank partner (Hong Leong Finance, Tokyo Century, Sing Investments, etc.) is the one with that permission. So we work around that.
Option A — SingPass sign-in onlyready in week 1
The customer signs in with SingPass on the HP form. We get their name and confirm they're real. That's it — no other data. They still fill in their job and income themselves. Saves you about 15 minutes per customer on identity checks. No special permission needed. This is what comes with the Custom AI Feature by default.
Option B — Through your bank partner2–4 weeks · the big win
Your bank partner already has full SingPass access through their own dealer portal. We connect the HP form to their system. The customer signs in once, and their full details (NRIC, address, job, CPF, income) flow through their permission. Saves the full 60–90 minutes per application. This needs your bank's tech team to help — usually adds about $70–120/mo on top, depending on which bank.
Option C — Pay a third partytoo expensive at your size
Companies like Xfers or Nium sell SingPass access at $1–3 per use plus a monthly fee. Worth it if you're doing hundreds of applications a month. Too expensive for your ~60 a month. Skip unless your volume goes up 5×.
What we suggest. Start with Option A on day one (already included). Then have a conversation with your bank partner about Option B — that's where you save the full hour per customer. We handle both ends.
+ AI Search VisibilityWe add the right code and Q&A pages so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI start mentioning Pioneer when people ask about motorbike financing.
+ SEO Articles12 helpful articles over 6 months in English and Chinese: how HP works, can a Foodpanda rider get a loan, the OBU deadline, when to refinance, etc.
What this saves you. Doing this yourself would mean paying for 5–6 different software tools (Gallabox, Calendly, Airtable, Birdeye, Claude API, etc.) — about $580/mo — plus around $8,000 to a freelance developer to set it all up. And nobody to call when something breaks. With Aphyx you get one bill, one team, one dashboard.

How we got to $12,200 a month
Staff time saved 140 hours × $30/hr = $4,200
Customers caught after hours
60 enquiries × 8% become sales × $1,800 ≈ $8,640
────────
Total value back to you ≈ $12,840
We've been careful with the numbers. The $30/hr is what your staff really cost you (with CPF and employer fees included). The 8% conversion on after-hours enquiries is half of what your walk-in customers convert at. The $1,800 profit per sale is just the bike margin + insurance commission — anything you sell on top (parts, accessories, service) is extra.
What we didn't even count. The refinance income at month 18–24 (about $300–500 per customer). The lift in reviews from the auto-review-request system. The Mandarin search market that pays off over the year ahead.
One important note
The WhatsApp helper's job is to greet, ask the right questions, and pass the customer to Wei Ting — never to decide if someone qualifies for a loan. That call stays with you and your senior staff. If a bot ever says "you're approved" or "you're rejected", the customer loses trust the moment it gets awkward.
05 · 9 things to fix, in order
Three groups: this week, this quarter, then later.
Do this week
Stop losing customers
3 fixes · one weekend
Put your phone and WhatsApp on every page
Add 6909 9793 to the orange bar at the top. A WhatsApp button that floats at the bottom-right of every page.
4 hours · Aphyx does itWhat this means for your customer
Right now. A visitor lands on your homepage. They want to call. They look at the top — no phone number. They scroll. They see a calendar icon labelled "Contact Us". They tap it. It goes to a booking page that doesn't actually have a booking form. They give up.
After we fix it. Your phone number is at the top of every page. A green WhatsApp button floats at the bottom-right. The customer taps once and they're chatting with Wei Ting (or the AI helper outside opening hours) within 5 seconds.
What we build. A clickable phone link in the header (taps to dial on a phone), a WhatsApp button that already knows what page the customer was on, and tracking so you can see how many people contact you each way.
Build the instalment calculator
Type in the bike price, deposit and how many months. It shows the monthly. A button sends the quote straight to WhatsApp.
2 days · Aphyx does itWhat the calculator does
The customer types. The bike price, the deposit, how many months they want to spread the payments over (12, 24, 36, 48 or 60), and whether the bike is new or used. The calculator shows them the monthly instalment, the total interest, and the total they'll pay over the loan.
The clever bit. Below the result is one button: "Send this quote to Wei Ting on WhatsApp". Tapping it opens WhatsApp with this message already typed: "Hi, I'm looking at the $9,500 used bike, $1,500 deposit, 36 months. The calculator shows $237/month. Can I come in this week?"
Why this is bigger than it sounds. You learn what the customer wants — the bike, the budget, the tenure, when they want to come in — before Wei Ting picks up the phone. She knows exactly what to recommend the moment she sees the message.
Set up the WhatsApp AI helper
Answers customers around the clock. Catches about 60 enquiries a month that come in outside opening hours.
1 week · Aphyx sets it up + trains itWhat the AI helper says (and doesn't say)
What it does. Says hello and asks 4 questions: which bike interests them, monthly budget, how many months they want, and what kind of work they do (salaried / PHV / self-employed). Works out a rough monthly. If they want to buy soon, it pings Wei Ting straight away. If they're just looking, it sends them a few helpful messages over the next week.
What it will never do. Approve or reject anyone. It doesn't have the information to decide. If a customer asks "will I qualify?", it says: "Wei Ting will confirm in person — she works with all kinds of incomes. Want to book a 15-minute chat?"
How we know it's working. The Aphyx OS dashboard shows how fast hot enquiries get to Wei Ting, how many after-hours messages get caught, and how many of those become walk-ins and then sales.
Do this quarter
Stop sending shoppers to Carousell
3 builds · 4–6 weeks
Show your bikes on your own site
Keep your stock list in one place. It auto-shows up on your site, Carousell, SGBikeMart and Facebook. Shoppers stay on your site.
3–5 days · Aphyx builds itThe biggest single fix in this whole report
Right now. Your "Catalogue" page is just two buttons: "Soon Lee Carousell" and "Woodlands Carousell". Every shopper who clicks them ends up on Carousell, where 50 other dealers are competing for the same person on the same screen.
After we fix it. All your bikes live in one simple spreadsheet (or in your Aphyx OS dashboard). One row per bike: brand, model, mileage, condition, price, monthly. The spreadsheet updates your own site, both Carousell shops, SGBikeMart and Facebook automatically. You update once, it shows up everywhere.
How a bike will look on your site. Four photos, the price, an estimated monthly payment, and a "WhatsApp me about this bike" button. Shoppers stay on your site instead of leaking to Carousell. Carousell becomes a bonus channel, not your only catalogue.
Put Wei Ting and the team on the About page
Half-day photo shoot at both shops. Add the SMCTA badge and your 6-year history. Show the people behind the 572 reviews.
2 days · we share the workWhy your team needs to be on the homepage
The unfair advantage you're not using. Wei Ting is named in dozens of customer reviews. She's the most-praised person in your business — and she's invisible on the one place you fully control: your website. A Foodpanda rider at midnight comparing three dealers will pick the one whose site shows him a real human face.
What we'll do. A half-day photo shoot at both shops. Wei Ting and the senior staff at Soon Lee, the Woodlands team, the workshop, the OBU install bay, customers picking up their bikes (with their permission). 10–14 final photos. Short bios that quote real customer reviews back ("'fast and good service from Wei Ting' — Carousell, March 2026").
What this beats. Heng Motor uses generic stock photos. Power Motor has no website. Mah only shows their imported brands. None of your competitors put faces on their site. You'd be the only one — and that's a real advantage.
Build the Chinese version of the site (/zh)
Calculator, financing, FAQ and Wei Ting's bio in 中文. No competitor is doing this.
1 week · Aphyx writes + buildsThe biggest open opportunity in this report
Why it's wide open. Heng Motor, A.S. Phoon, Speedzone, Mah — they're all English-only. No motorbike dealer in Singapore runs Chinese ads or has a Chinese page. Yet Pioneer Point, Soon Lee and Woodlands all have lots of older Chinese-speaking residents.
Who you'll catch. Older Chinese-speaking riders. The family member helping them decide (often the wife or daughter on her phone). Grab and Foodpanda drivers who default to Chinese on Google. AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity in Chinese) that will start mentioning Pioneer when no English-only dealer comes up.
What we'll ship in the first version. 5 pages in Chinese: home, calculator, financing, FAQ and Wei Ting's bio. A Chinese/English toggle in the header. Written by a real Chinese writer, not Google Translate. We hire the writer; one of your Chinese-speaking staff approves it.

Things that pay off over time
Start month 3
SingPass sign-in for the loan form
Cuts the loan paperwork from 90 minutes to about 12 minutes per customer. Saves 60–90 staff hours every month.
1–2 weeks · Aphyx builds itThe biggest staff-time win in this whole plan
What SingPass does. A government service. The customer signs in with SingPass on their phone. It sends back their name, NRIC, address, job, CPF contributions and income. Your loan form fills in by itself. Your staff just check it, the customer signs, done.
What this replaces. Photocopying NRICs. Asking for payslips. Typing addresses by hand. Calling customers back to spell their employer's name. Photocopying bank statements. Writing everything on the paper HP form. That whole process drops from 90 minutes to about 12 minutes per customer.
Across both shops. About 30 loan applications a month per shop × 2 shops × 75 minutes saved each = around 75 hours every month. That's almost half a full-time staff member you'd be freeing up from paperwork.
Write 12 helpful articles in English and Chinese
How HP works · loans for Foodpanda riders · the OBU deadline · when to refinance. The same articles Speedzone is winning with today.
6 months · 2 articles a monthWhy this is a long-term win
What Speedzone has proven. Their blog ("Mastering Motorcycle Financing", "Guide to Comparing Loan and Instalment Plans") is what comes up when people Google "how does motorbike financing work in Singapore". ChatGPT and Perplexity quote those articles. Speedzone wins the customer's attention before they've even shortlisted dealers. You should be writing those articles, not them. Your name is "Auto Credit".
The 12 articles, in order:

Get listed on Motorist, BikeMart and 小红书 (Xiaohongshu)
The two Singapore directories ChatGPT quotes most. Plus the Chinese platform where no other dealer is yet.
1–2 weeks · Aphyx handles itWhere AI tools find dealers — and how to be one of them
Right now. Ask ChatGPT "best motorbike dealer at Soon Lee in Singapore". It says Power Motor and SGBikeMart. Why? Because AI tools learn from directory sites (SGBikeMart, Motorist.sg, BikeMart.sg) and Carousell. You're on Carousell and SGBikeMart but missing from Motorist and BikeMart.
What we do. We submit both your shops to Motorist.sg and BikeMart.sg this week. Both are free. Both are quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI.
About 小红书 (Xiaohongshu). It's where Chinese-speaking 25–45-year-olds in Singapore go to read honest peer reviews of shops before they buy. No motorbike dealer has any presence there. One post a week — a 1-minute walk-around of a new bike, Wei Ting answering one financing question in Chinese — builds a head start that Chinese-speaking competitors won't notice for at least 6 months.
06 · A buyer's day with you
Meet "Ah Boy", a Foodpanda rider. Six steps. Four are broken.
He's 27, has a Class 2B licence, earns about $3,200 a month. He wants to swap his Yamaha Sniper for a used Aerox at $9,500 on a 3-year loan (about $280/month). His Chinese-speaking fiancée is helping him compare dealers on her phone.

B · How you should describe yourself
One line to build the whole site around.
Singapore's easiest motorbike financing — in English or Chinese, with a quote in seconds and Wei Ting still doing the closing. Our recommendation
Heng has the best site layout. A.S. Phoon owns the calculator. Speedzone owns the helpful articles. Mah owns the heritage bikes. Your opening: be the easiest, fastest, most modern place to buy and finance a Yamaha or Honda in Singapore — in either language. Your 572 reviews already prove you can deliver. The website just has to show that off.
C · Where the numbers come from
How we know what we know.
Every number in this brief is one of three kinds. verified means we found it from a real public source. Aphyx model means it's our own estimate — we'll replace these with real numbers from your Aphyx dashboard once you're set up. vendor means it's a price taken straight from a published price list.
