Isaac Creator is a Jalan Besar design-build studio. We lead in commercial fit-out — offices, retail, F&B and clinics — with a residential practice for owners who want the same care at home.
We design and build for the working day — the meeting that has to land, the customer who has to come back, the clinic where the first impression is calm. Commercial discipline applied across every space we shape.
Isaac Creator started on Jalan Besar — a street of trades, half showroom, half workshop. That heritage stays with us. We take briefs end-to-end: layouts, regulatory drawings, joinery, finishes, M&E coordination, site supervision and handover.
Commercial is our centre of gravity. Office fit-outs, retail interiors, F&B counters, clinics — spaces that earn their square footage. We bring the same rigour to homes when owners want it: clean detailing, honest materials, work delivered on a timeline you can plan around.
Built for the working day. Detailed like a home.
A small slice of commercial and residential projects. The full archive lives on the work page — sample copy here, replaced with real names and photography at sign-off.
Glass-fronted boardroom, oak-veneer joinery, soft-white acoustic ceiling. Built around how the team actually moves on a Tuesday afternoon.
A flagship without the noise. One run of cabinetry, one stone island, the product doing the rest.
Roman clay walls, walnut counter, brass shelving. The room does the marketing.
We keep the process legible. Every project moves through these phases — the timeline shifts with scope, the order doesn't. (Placeholder copy until your project lead approves the version we publish.)
A site visit, a written brief, transparent fees. We agree on outcomes before drawings start.
Layouts, mood, material samples, regulatory drawings. You see fixed costs and a build calendar before we lift a tool.
One project manager on-site. Weekly walkthroughs. Snag-list signed off before handover — we'd rather catch it than have you spot it.
Send us the brief or the unit number. We reply within working hours and book a site visit when there's enough on the page to talk about.
