Discovery
One week. We listen, read the room, walk the site, and decide together whether we're the right studio for this brief. A short written response at the end. No fee.
Architecture
Three to six weeks. Positioning, naming if needed, the four-pillar plan, and the load-bearing decisions about voice, materiality, and intent. The output is a document; the document is the contract.
Identity build
Eight to fourteen weeks. Wordmark, type system, palette, motion, voice rules, full brand guidelines, and the digital surfaces the brand first lives on.
Spatial extension
When the brand lives in a room. We extend the architecture into materials, wayfinding, and the spatial rituals of brand experience — through to opening and a few months after.
Most engagements are stages 01 through 03 — six to eighteen weeks end-to-end. Spatial extends into the months after the launch, on a separate brief. We work with one client at a time, per partner.
