Is SpinalSync exclusive in my city?
At Tier I and Tier II, no - we license openly to qualified clinicians. At Tier III (Flagship Partner) exclusivity is a standard deal term. Exclusivity is granted by city-class for medical venues and by venue-category for partner settings (e.g. one flagship golf-club Sync suite per capital city).
What is the minimum contract term?
Tier I is perpetual with annual renewal. Tier II is a rolling 12-month commitment with a 90-day exit clause after month six. Tier III is a three-year initial term with automatic two-year renewals.
Can I practise other techniques alongside SpinalSync?
Yes. SpinalSync is additive, not exclusive. Licensed partners routinely continue to offer manual chiropractic, soft-tissue work, and rehab protocols alongside SpinalSync - we only restrict the use of the SpinalSync name and assets to the certified protocol.
Who owns the patient record?
You do. The CellSync data is stored in our cloud backend (you, your patient, and we have access). Patient demographic and clinical-note data sit in your own practice-management system - we do not hold them and we do not market to your patients.
What training do my non-clinical staff need?
None required, but recommended. We offer a free half-day "Sync Concierge" online module for front-desk and support staff - booking flow, patient education, and CellSync-report hand-off.
What if I fail the Level 1 examination?
Rare, but handled transparently. You are invited to audit the next cohort (no additional tuition) and re-examine at the end of the second attempt. We have had three re-examinations in three years; all passed.
Do you franchise entire clinics?
No. The Sync is not a franchise. We licence the protocol, not the business. Every partner clinic operates under their own brand, their own P&L, and their own clinical-governance structure. SpinalSync is the technique and the system - not the storefront.
Who handles the SpinaliQ hardware warranty?
We do. Under Tier II and Tier III your SpinaliQ unit is covered by our on-site maintenance SLA - unit replacement within 48 hours, calibration visits twice yearly.
