We are trying to make chiropractic measurable.

That simple sentence is the mission. Everything else on this page is a consequence of it.

- Chapter I · The problem

Chiropractic has a feedback-loop problem.

Most chiropractic visits end with "how do you feel?". The clinician adjusts, the patient reports, the clinician adjusts again. The outcome measure is the patient's mood at 10.47 AM on a Tuesday.

This is the best-case scenario for a profession that sits upstream of the nervous system. The worst case - and the one the broader medical community has legitimately criticised for decades - is a chiropractic practice that sells packages of care without ever proving to the patient (or to themselves) that the intervention is doing anything measurable.

The Sync was built to address this specific problem. If you cannot measure it, you cannot improve it, and you cannot prove it. Every session starts with a scan. Every session ends with a re-scan. The patient leaves with a number. The clinician has a record. The protocol has a data layer.

We rebuilt the category.

The method that emerged is SpinalSync. Not a brand wrapper on an old technique - a properly rewritten protocol that assumes every session must generate a number, every clinician must be auditable, every partner venue must meet the same standard, and every patient must leave with a report.

Five integrated pillars, each measurable on its own terms: the structural correction (SpinalSync), the instrument that delivers it (SpinaliQ), the fascial layer (MyoSync), the pelvic oscillator (PelviSync), and the diagnostic (CellSync). Everything in the clinic traces back to one of those pillars, and every decision the clinician makes is documented against the scan data.

Three businesses, not one.

We are a clinic network, a licensable platform, and an embedded specialist layer for premium wellness venues across Asia. That is not three marketing departments - it is three distinct commercial motions, all growing from the same clinical standard.

A member who lives in Singapore and travels through Bali, Kuala Lumpur, or Bangkok should find the same CellSync scan, the same SpinalSync protocol, the same clinical governance, and the same chart format at any Sync-branded or Sync-licensed location. A clinic owner in Ho Chi Minh who licenses SpinalSync should be able to deliver a session indistinguishable from the flagship Paragon one. A golf club or longevity programme that embeds SpinalSync should offer a product backed by the same clinical audit trail.

The protocol travels. The member travels. The brand is the audit trail.

2023 - FOUNDED
Flagship clinic opens · Paragon
The Sync is founded in Singapore. Six-room flagship clinic opens on the 14th floor of Paragon, Orchard. The first version of what would become the SpinalSync protocol is delivered to private-practice patients while the measurement layer is still in prototype.
The method has a name.
"SpinalSync" and "CellSync" are registered as trade marks. The original six-zone framework for spinal assessment is formalised and rolled out to the full Paragon clinical team.
2024 - MEASUREMENT
CellSync index ships.
The five-channel CellSync assessment goes live at Paragon. First 1,000 members each receive a baseline scan and a composite index between 0 and 100. The scan-before-adjust model becomes operational standard.
SpinaliQ · Mk I deployed
First production SpinaliQ units are manufactured and deployed across the Paragon rooms. Every pulse is logged to the patient record. Practitioner variance measurably drops.
2025 - PLATFORM
Bali partnership opens.
Second clinic opens in Sanur, Bali - in partnership with The Bali Wellness Company. The clinic is a proof-point for the multi-location chart transfer: a member's Paragon CellSync history reads identically in Sanur.
First licensed partner rooms
The SpinalSync Level 1 certification launches. First cohort of 12 clinicians completes training. First three Tier II Licensed Rooms go live in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
2026 - REGIONAL
The partner tiers go public.
For Clinics and For Partners surfaces launch. Ho Chi Minh, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, and Phnom Penh confirmed as expansion cities for 2026–27. First golf, spa, and longevity-clinic flagship partnerships in commercial negotiation.
Research partnerships
Clinical-audit collaboration opens with two academic chiropractic programmes to publish the CellSync methodology in peer-reviewed literature. Target submission Q4 2026.
2027 - AHEAD
Ten cities. One standard.
Target: ten live Sync-branded locations across Southeast Asia by end of 2027. Every location delivering the same protocol, the same score, the same chart format - auditable quarterly against the founder's clinical standard.
CellSync v5 · AI-assisted
Privately-trained machine-learning model for CellSync zone-prioritisation enters clinical beta. Adds a "suggested priority zone" overlay to the clinician's dashboard - never replaces clinical judgement, always audits against it.
- What We Believe

Six operating beliefs.

The assumptions everything else flows from. These are in the founder's letter of engagement for every clinician and every licensed partner.

i.

Measurement over rhetoric.

If a claim cannot be measured, it should not be made. We prefer a small true number to a large unmeasurable one.

ii.

The protocol is the product.

Not the founder. Not the clinic. A SpinalSync session must be replicable by any certified clinician in any licensed location. The brand is the audit trail.

iii.

Refer when you should.

The fastest way to destroy a clinical practice is to treat cases outside its scope. We refer early, we refer fast, and we document every referral. The system loses if the patient does.

iv.

Patients are not a sales funnel.

Nobody is pressured into a package at their First Sync. Recommendations are made in writing; the patient decides in their own time. Trust compounds faster than revenue.

v.

Partners share the standard.

A Tier II clinic and a Flagship longevity partner meet the same clinical audit bar. If a licensed location slips below it, we pull the license. Quality dilution is brand destruction.

vi.

Write when you know something.
