The Clinicians

Named. Credentialed.
Accountable.

Every Sync session is delivered by a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic or qualified allied-health practitioner who has completed the SpinalSync Level 1 intensive. Nobody practises anonymously under The Sync name.

- Founder & Clinical Lead

The person behind the method.

Every protocol in The Sync System traces to a single clinical author, responsible for maintaining the standard across every location, every licensed partner, and every certification cohort.

- The Clinical Roster

The practitioners who deliver every session.

The clinicians across Paragon, Sanur, and the licensed partner network. Every practitioner listed here has completed SpinalSync Level 1 and is subject to annual clinical audit.

Design note - Replace every bracketed name with a real team member. Each card supports a portrait photo (4:5 ratio), a 4-line bio, and four metadata fields. The lead designer should commission a single-session photoshoot where every clinician is shot against the same backdrop, same lighting, same crop - that consistency is worth more than individual polish.
- The Clinical Standard

What every Sync clinician shares.

Every clinical practitioner under The Sync brand meets the same baseline. The individual specialties vary; the standard of care does not.

Full licensure

Every clinician is registered with the MOH (or the equivalent national regulator in Bali / partner markets) and holds a Doctor of Chiropractic or equivalent qualifying degree.

SpinalSync certified

Every clinician has completed the three-day SpinalSync Level 1 intensive under the founder. Annual recertification is required to continue practising under The Sync name.

Quarterly audit

Every clinician's last ten sessions are reviewed quarterly by the founder or a senior clinician. CellSync trajectory, protocol adherence, and patient outcomes are all checked.

Referral-ready

Every clinician holds referral relationships with orthopaedic and GP colleagues. We refer out when SpinalSync is not the right intervention - and we document the referral in your chart.

- The Clinical Principles

Six commitments every clinician signs.

These are in every practitioner's letter of engagement. We do not treat them as marketing copy.

i.

Measure before you adjust.

No session begins without a CellSync scan. If the sensors are unavailable, the session is rescheduled. The measurement is the method.

ii.

Refer when you should.

If the presenting case is outside SpinalSync's scope - disc pathology, suspected stenosis, red-flag neurology - refer, document, follow up. The system loses if the patient does.

iii.

Show the patient the number.

Every session ends with the CellSync delta shown on a tablet before the patient leaves the room. No mystery, no jargon. The tablet is the receipt.

iv.

Log every pulse.

Every SpinaliQ impulse is written to the patient record - frequency, amplitude, zone, session. Tomorrow's decision depends on yesterday's data.

v.

Never upsell under pressure.

No member is pressured into a package at their First Sync. Recommendations are made in writing; the patient decides in their own time. Trust compounds faster than revenue.

vi.

Defend the standard.

Every clinician is expected to escalate any deviation from protocol they observe - their own or a colleague's - to the clinical lead within 48 hours. The brand is the audit trail.

- Join the Team

We are hiring.

Open clinician and operational roles across Singapore, Bali, and our expansion cities. All roles include funded certification and equity participation after the probation period.

Looking for credentialed clinicians who want to practise measurably.

Our ideal candidate is a licensed DC with three to eight years in private practice, who has grown uncomfortable with the feedback-free nature of traditional chiropractic and wants a protocol that produces a number at the end of every session.

We also hire for non-clinical roles - CellSync technologists, Sync Concierges, and regional operations leads.

Book with any of our clinicians.

Your first session is 45 minutes - enough time to meet your clinician, take your baseline scan, and complete your first correction.
