[Clinician 02]
Primary clinician at the Paragon flagship. Specialist depth and years-in-practice to be populated from the real team roster.
Every Sync session is delivered by a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic or qualified allied-health practitioner who has completed the SpinalSync Level 1 intensive. Nobody practises anonymously under The Sync name.
Every protocol in The Sync System traces to a single clinical author, responsible for maintaining the standard across every location, every licensed partner, and every certification cohort.
The founder and clinical lead of The Sync. Developed the SpinalSync protocol over a decade of private-practice work across Singapore and Australia, then formalised it into a licensable platform in 2023. Runs the Level 1 certification programme personally and leads the quarterly clinical-audit across all licensed partners.
Clinical focus: upper-cervical precision, post-surgical co-management, and the integration of CellSync diagnostic data into zone-directed protocol design.
Published case work in [Journal, forthcoming]. Invited lecturer at regional chiropractic associations. Speaks English and Mandarin with patients.
The clinicians across Paragon, Sanur, and the licensed partner network. Every practitioner listed here has completed SpinalSync Level 1 and is subject to annual clinical audit.
Primary clinician at the Paragon flagship. Specialist depth and years-in-practice to be populated from the real team roster.
Leads day-to-day clinical operations at the Bali Wellness Company partnership. Typical cases: wellness-tourism members on 3–7 day intensives.
Focus on performance coherence for golfers, endurance athletes, and CrossFit members. Cross-trained in TPI-style biomechanical screening.
Dedicated pregnancy and post-natal protocol lead. Runs the pelvic-floor PelviSync track and the third-trimester low-force pathway.
Runs the CellSync scanning operation at Paragon. Handles intake assessments, report-walkthroughs, and the data-export flow for longevity-clinic partners.
Concierge for the Paragon location. First point of contact for bookings, insurance-receipts, and partner-referrals. Front-of-house, not clinical.
Every clinical practitioner under The Sync brand meets the same baseline. The individual specialties vary; the standard of care does not.
Every clinician is registered with the MOH (or the equivalent national regulator in Bali / partner markets) and holds a Doctor of Chiropractic or equivalent qualifying degree.
Every clinician has completed the three-day SpinalSync Level 1 intensive under the founder. Annual recertification is required to continue practising under The Sync name.
Every clinician's last ten sessions are reviewed quarterly by the founder or a senior clinician. CellSync trajectory, protocol adherence, and patient outcomes are all checked.
Every clinician holds referral relationships with orthopaedic and GP colleagues. We refer out when SpinalSync is not the right intervention - and we document the referral in your chart.
These are in every practitioner's letter of engagement. We do not treat them as marketing copy.
No session begins without a CellSync scan. If the sensors are unavailable, the session is rescheduled. The measurement is the method.
If the presenting case is outside SpinalSync's scope - disc pathology, suspected stenosis, red-flag neurology - refer, document, follow up. The system loses if the patient does.
Every session ends with the CellSync delta shown on a tablet before the patient leaves the room. No mystery, no jargon. The tablet is the receipt.
Every SpinaliQ impulse is written to the patient record - frequency, amplitude, zone, session. Tomorrow's decision depends on yesterday's data.
No member is pressured into a package at their First Sync. Recommendations are made in writing; the patient decides in their own time. Trust compounds faster than revenue.
Every clinician is expected to escalate any deviation from protocol they observe - their own or a colleague's - to the clinical lead within 48 hours. The brand is the audit trail.
Open clinician and operational roles across Singapore, Bali, and our expansion cities. All roles include funded certification and equity participation after the probation period.
Our ideal candidate is a licensed DC with three to eight years in private practice, who has grown uncomfortable with the feedback-free nature of traditional chiropractic and wants a protocol that produces a number at the end of every session.
We also hire for non-clinical roles - CellSync technologists, Sync Concierges, and regional operations leads.
Your first session is 45 minutes - enough time to meet your clinician, take your baseline scan, and complete your first correction.
