- Multi-zone · 12-month Longevity Arc

Postural realignment.

Not a clinical presentation in the acute sense - a structured twelve-month programme for members who want to optimise their CellSync Index rather than treat a specific pain. The protocol works across multiple zones over time; the outcome measure is composite coherence, not pain reduction. Common among longevity-clinic members and performance-minded over-45s.

- Three Member Types

Three reasons to commit.

Members who take on the postural-realignment arc tend to fall into three profiles. The programme is shaped identically for all three; the surrounding coordination differs.

Profile · 01
Longevity-clinic member

Already in a longevity programme with biomarker and imaging stack. Wants SpinalSync as the spinal-autonomic layer; CellSync reports sent to their longevity physician quarterly.

Profile · 02
Performance over-45

Still training, competing, or golfing seriously in the second half. Wants to prevent the typical decade-of-decline pattern. Protocol coordinated with coach or S&C.

Profile · 03
Post-protocol graduate

Completed a clinical protocol (lumbar, migraine, etc.) and wants to keep improving once the symptom's gone. "Upgrade" rather than "fix" framing.

- The 12-month Arc

Monthly rhythm. Quarterly deep-scan.

A one-session-per-month cadence, punctuated by a deep quarterly re-scan and a full annual review. Composite CellSync Index is the north star; individual channels tell the clinician what to target month-by-month.

- Which Channels Move

Four signals we watch.

CellSync Index

The single number that tracks everything. 12-month target: +18–22 points typical.

HRV · RMSSD

Autonomic coherence. The most reliable signal that the programme is landing over the long arc.

Active ROM

Six-axis composite. Aging typically costs 1–2° per axis per decade; our goal is to reverse it.

What your clinician coordinates.

Home programme + coordination

Postural arc members get a more integrated programme than a clinical-case member. We coordinate with whoever else is on their stack.

  • Daily 10-min mobility flow (in-app video)
  • Gait-cadence wearable target (autumn/winter)
  • Breath-cadence drill (4-7-8 pattern, evening)
  • Quarterly CellSync report to longevity physician
  • Coach/S&C coordination (load-periodisation)

We refer if…

Even an elective programme surfaces incidental findings. When something needs a specialist, we send you.

  • Incidental finding at baseline (scoliosis, etc.) - ortho review
  • Unexplained index drop > 10 points - medical workup
  • Emerging red-flag symptom - relevant specialist
  • Cardiovascular concern (HRV pattern change) - cardiology
  • New-onset pain requiring acute protocol - pause + branch
- FAQ · Postural

Specific questions.

Do I need to be in pain to join the postural arc?

No. This arc is specifically designed for members who want to improve rather than fix. It's also the right product for post-protocol graduates who have already addressed a specific clinical case and want to keep building.

Is it covered by insurance?

Usually no - most insurance plans cover chiropractic only when there is an active clinical diagnosis. Elective postural care typically sits as out-of-pocket cash. Your itemised receipt will still work if your rider does cover chiropractic broadly; check with your insurer.

How much does the full year cost?

Typically SGD 5,800–6,400 across the year, depending on how many of the deep-scan blocks (quarterly) your programme includes. We confirm the commitment in writing after your baseline scan.

Can you coordinate with my longevity physician?

Yes - routinely. With your consent we export your CellSync reports in standard format and either email them to your physician or, where the longevity provider is a formal partner, push them into the partner's EHR. The spinal-autonomic layer slotting into a broader longevity programme is one of our best use-cases.

What if something clinical comes up mid-arc?

We pause the postural protocol, switch to the relevant clinical pathway, and resume the arc once the clinical case has resolved. Your annual pricing isn't punished for the detour.

Not a fix. An arc.

Start with a full baseline scan. 12-month plan issued after your first visit, revised quarterly.
